The D-Day Landings Marathon, Normandy Running Festival returns June 12-15, 2025 for a historic edition as part of the @millenairecaen2025. 🔥🫶 Volunteer recruitment campaign officially launched. With 30,000 participants and 65 nationalities expected, the organization is counting on the energy and boundless enthusiasm of its 1,600 volunteers to make the 2025 edition a success.Join a team of enthusiasts and dive behind the scenes of one of France's biggest running events. Welcoming the public, handing out bibs, refreshments, entertainment, runner safety - everyone has their own mission to serve participants. 💡Infos & registration on the official event website (link in bio).

World Cancer Day I Today, we'd like to shine the spotlight on those who fight the disease every day, as well as the advances made possible thanks to solidarity mobilizations. 💜@larochambelle, the event's women's and solidarity event, every year supports local projects in aid of the fight against women's cancers. In 2024, €65,000 was donated to fund 5 major projects in favor of research, patient support and improved care. Since 2006, over 1.5 million euros have been raised, providing vital support for this worthy cause. In 2025, 10,000 women will once again gather in the streets of Caen. 🎗️💪🏻🙏 Thank you to all those who, through their commitment, contribute to the advancement of research and patient support. A look back in pictures at a sporting day at the Hélitas stadium in Caen. 👟 The first VMA test of the year took place last Saturday, in collaboration with the @caen_athletic_club.150 participants took up the challenge with enthusiasm, taking part in this key stage in their progress towards their future goals.
